As a women’s health coach, I help clients reach their personal health and wellness goals. This includes:

  • Reducing and managing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
  • Losing weight and gaining confidence
  • Loving their body (again, or for the very first time)
  • Incorporating more movement into their day-to-day lives
  • Discovering (or rediscovering) their passions and working towards goals

Together, we will co-create personalized actions to move you toward your ideal vision of health within unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources. During your program, we will:

– Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
– Decipher your body’s unique needs and map out your personal nourishment- mind, body, and spirit
– Create your personal blueprint
– Start tapping into your God-given intuition and reclaiming your health and happiness (even if you’re one busy mother)

3-MONTH INTENSIVE PROGRAM

  •  A 3- month intensive program where we will focus on 1-2 main health concerns and goals to target
  • Two 50-minute coaching sessions each month (total of 6 sessions)
  • Handouts, giveaways, and recommendations that are customized around your personal goals
  • Email support between sessions

6-MONTH FULL PROGRAM

  •  A 6-month program that allows us the time to really fine-tune your health and well being
  • Two 50-minute coaching sessions each month (total of 12 sessions)
  • Pantry makeover party & grocery store tour
  • Handouts, giveaways, and recommendations that are customized around your personal goals
  • Email support between sessions

You health is about more than the food on your plate…but that’s a great start! Having life-giving food in your home is a foundational piece to the health-puzzle. Get a fresh start with a pantry makeover party!

First, we’ll discuss past and current eating habits. Then, we’ll move to the pantry or kitchen and talk about:

  • Common items in your pantry that might contain toxins and are doing more harm than good
  • How to read labels and what to look for in food packaging
  • How you can shop “clean” and affordable

Plan for 1.5 hours for this session. You will gain knowledge and feel confident picking cleaner ingredients and pantry staples. Having body-honoring food on hand will set you up for success, even if your schedule is packed.
