Wellness is dynamic. Your body is always responding to what’s going, not only in your stomach but in your life. The external environment, how you slept last night, your emotions, what you had for breakfast, hormonal changes at different ages and stages . . . it all plays a part.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I approach health and wellness from a holistic perspective, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected. When you’re a mama- there’s a lot of them! I’m not just looking at the food on your plate. Together, we explore other areas of your life that can, and do, nourish you. This might include your relationships, career, spirituality, creative outlets- the metaphysical things that also impact your well-being.
I work with women to navigate the world of contradictory health advice and find what truly works for you.

ROOT YOURSELF IN YOUR WHY
When we recognize just how important something is to us, we are more willing to go after it. During this process, we will uncover the heart-felt reason(s) behind your health goals. Your WHY is going to be a powerful motivating factor as you take step by step action in your journey to success.
The concept of bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. What works for some does not work for others. Why else do you think fad diets fail so often? Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
PERSONAL NOURISHMENT & PRIMARY FOOD
It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular movement, spiritual awareness…these are all essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.
Many approaches to diet and lifestyle focus on restriction, calorie counting, what you can’t have, or shouldn’t do. It’s no wonder why so many people get turned off by nutrition! My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are life-giving and body-honoring, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will crowd out things that don’t fuel your body. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.

The impact and importance of a quality diet stretch far beyond the waistline! The food we eat is what fuels our bodies. What we eat can influence our mood (hello, gut-brain connection!). Together, we will explore how you can practically and efficiently fuel your body, mind, and soul in the ways that work for you.
