In the FREE consultation, you will get 50 minutes of my undivided attention. We will review:
  • Previous and current health, including any concerns you have
  • Family health history
  • Relationships with family, friends, and others
  • Career or personal aspirations
  • Your relationship with food and diet
  • Cravings and addictions
  • Allergies, sensitivities, and intolerances
  • Physical activity, sleep, spirituality, and self-care
  • Past and present nutrition
  • Nutrition and personal wellness goals

Prior to your consultation, I will send you a Health History Questionnaire to complete. We will use this questionnaire to guide our conversation. During our time together, we will talk about your life, hopes, and goals you’d like to accomplish related to your health and wellness.

Before we can embark on this journey together, it’s important to be on the same page with expectations. At the end of the consultation, we will determine if it’s a good fit to work together to get you where you want to be.
